Delivery Policy

Orders delivered throughout the UK will usually be dispatched within 7–10 working days once the order has been accepted and payment has cleared. LED Sky Panels UK takes no liability for losses, costs, damages, or expenses caused by delays in delivery. LED Sky Panels UK is not responsible for damages or issues caused by third-party couriers.

All items are custom-made to order within approximately 1 week from the date payment clears. Once completed, orders are shipped with DPD on a 1–2 working day service.

Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. If the courier is unable to deliver and the collection window is exceeded, the parcel may be returned to us. Any re-delivery or reshipment charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

Any breakages or delivery-related damage must be reported within 14 days of delivery. Please email photos and your order number to info@ledskypanelsuk.co.uk.
