1. Business Information

LED Sky Panels UK is a UK-based supplier of custom-made LED sky ceiling panels.

2. Products and Orders

All LED panels are custom-made to order based on each customer’s specifications.
Because of the bespoke manufacturing process,
orders cannot be cancelled or returned once production has started, except in the case of damaged or defective goods.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT (where applicable).
We accept secure payments through
PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment and acceptance by LED Sky Panels UK.

4. Delivery

Orders are typically dispatched within 7–10 working days once payment is cleared.
Delivery is made by
DPD courier (1–2 working day service).
Customers are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address.

5. Returns and Refunds

As our products are made to order, we do not accept returns due to change of mind.
If your product is
faulty or damaged, please report it within 14 days of delivery, including photos and your order number, to info@ledskypanelsuk.co.uk.
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or a refund, as appropriate.

6. Warranty

All LED panels come with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or unauthorised modifications.

7. Limitation of Liability

LED Sky Panels UK is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party couriers or events beyond our control.
Our total liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes will be handled by UK courts.
