Ordering and Customisation
Q: Are your LED Sky Panels ready-made or custom-made?
Our panels are custom-finished to order. We use high-quality standard LED light panels and fit them with our professionally printed sky images, prepared individually for each customer.
Q: What does “In Stock” mean on your website?
“In Stock” means the designs are available to purchase. Each order is then custom-finished before dispatch, typically within 7–10 working days.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order after purchase?
You can cancel or change your order within 48 hours of purchase before production begins. After that time, materials and printing preparation will have started, and cancellations are no longer possible.
Q: Can I request a custom image?
Yes, custom images are possible on request. Please contact us to discuss your idea and we’ll confirm what’s possible.
Delivery and Shipping
Q: How long does delivery take?
Production usually takes 7–10 working days, followed by 1–2 working days for UK courier delivery (typically via DPD). We’ll send you tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Q: Do you deliver outside the UK?
Currently, we deliver within the UK only.
Q: Will I be notified when my order ships?
Yes. You’ll receive an email with dispatch confirmation and tracking details once your panels leave our workshop.
Returns and Warranty
Q: Can I return my order if I change my mind?
Because each panel is custom-finished to order, we cannot accept returns for change-of-mind once production begins. However, you can cancel within 48 hours after ordering if production hasn’t started yet.
Q: What happens if my order arrives damaged or faulty?
If your panels arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll quickly arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.
Q: Do the panels come with a warranty?
All LED Sky Panels include a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects, excluding accidental damage or improper installation.
Installation and Compatibility
Q: Will these panels fit my suspended ceiling?
Yes. Our panels are designed to fit standard T-bar or grid suspended ceilings. If you’re unsure, send us a photo or measurement of your ceiling grid and we’ll help confirm compatibility.
Q: Do I need an electrician to install them?
We recommend installation by a qualified electrician, especially for connecting power supplies or drivers. The panels simply slot into the ceiling grid once wired.
Q: Can they be installed on solid ceilings (not suspended)?
Yes, it’s possible with special mounting frames or surface kits. Please contact us for advice before ordering.

Q: How bright are the panels?
Our panels use bright, energy-efficient LED lighting (around 4000K cool white), producing a natural daylight effect ideal for offices, clinics, and waiting rooms.
Q: How realistic are the images?
All images are printed in high resolution on premium diffuser film to create a vivid, natural sky effect.
Q: What is the lifetime expectancy of the panels?
Each LED panel has a lifespan of more than 50,000 hours under normal use.
Q: How do I clean the panels?
Wipe gently with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.

Q: Can I get a VAT invoice for my order?
Yes. You’ll receive an invoice automatically by email once your payment is confirmed.
