We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Our LED Sky Panels are custom-finished to order.

Order Cancellation (Before Production)
You may cancel your order within 48 hours of purchase, provided that production has not yet started. After this period, materials and printing preparation begin specifically for your order, and cancellations are no longer possible. If you wish to cancel within 48 hours, please contact us.

Customisation Process
Each design on our website is available to purchase and marked “In Stock” to indicate design availability, not pre-manufactured inventory. When you place an order, we use high-quality LED light panels and finish them with our professionally printed sky images, which are custom-prepared for your order before dispatch.

Return of Non-Faulty Items

If you wish to return an item that is not defective, we accept returns within 14 days, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.

Return Window
All return requests (faulty, damaged, incorrect, or unopened unused items) must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Return Cost

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items: We cover the return shipping cost by providing a prepaid return label or arranging collection.

Non-faulty returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Warranty
All LED Sky Panels include a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects, excluding accidental damage or improper installation.
