Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Because our LED Sky Panels are custom-finished to order, we are unable to accept returns or cancellations once production has begun unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described.

Order Cancellation (Before Production)
You may cancel your order within 48 hours of purchase, provided that production has not yet started. After this period, materials and printing preparation begin specifically for your order, and cancellations are no longer possible. If you wish to cancel within 48 hours, please contact us.

Customisation Process
Each design shown on our website is available to purchase and marked “In Stock” to indicate design availability, not pre-manufactured inventory. When you place an order, we use high-quality standard LED light panels and fit them with our professionally printed sky images, which are custom-finished for your order before dispatch. This process involves individual preparation and assembly, so products cannot be restocked or resold once produced.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.

Returns Exemption
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, custom-made or personalised products are exempt from standard change-of-mind returns. By placing an order, you acknowledge that production begins specifically for your selected design after the 48-hour cancellation window.

Warranty
All LED Sky Panels include a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects, excluding accidental damage or improper installation.
